This report will you all the Surveys lesson in this system with some information that is 

* SCORM name
* Course
* Completed
* Passed

To view more information, we can click on the SCORM name in the SCORM list. We can see some more information like image below

And on this page, we can see a user list who does this SCORM. To view it, we can click on the '...' in the options column and select View SCORM. The popup appears with some information like the image below
